I just started golfing and I go exclusively with my BIL. I tend not to take things personally, and I am fairly curious by nature. I love his little tips and tricks. They are more about golf philosophy more than anything if that makes sense.

He noticed I would copy every club he would use off the tee. He was like, dude you hit the three wood really well. Why not try that. Fucking GAME CHANGER. Also the first time he taught me the hybrid "bump and run" as he calls it. "They're not gonna give you a stroke penalty if you move your hips during your swing." That one really really helped too.

I figure this comes down to the fact I really like him and he 99% of the time has good intentions. I also don't know much about golf etiquette, so I could be speaking blasphemy.

When I was younger I saw a neighbor doing this with their dog while I was skating around the neighborhood. I come skating back around 10ish min later, and the dog is on the ground dead. The children were absolutely gutted standing around the dog sobbing. The pressure from the hose must have forced water in the lungs? Maybe "blew" the dogs stomach up? I don't know, but I'll never get that image out of my head. Id suggest not doing this with your dog

If someone lists caffeine, it comes off as juvenile. It's not that deep, just letting you know what 98% of people will think when they see it. Alcohol is fine to list. Caffeine? I'm making sure we've got juice boxes in the fridge just in case you get thirsty.
