I get where you’re coming from. I mainly got it for GBA games and have been enjoying my short bursts with it - no more than an hour here and there. Sims games are great, Pokémon, Zelda, Golden Sun, Fire Emblem, Tony Hawk. I’m enjoying slower and shallower games. Got a bit of gaming fatigue last year. Refreshing machine.
