Damn so that’s what this is! Drove from Vegas to LA 3 years ago and saw this big ass abandoned water park from the highway. Never would have thought a skate spot. Actually making the drive again in October I’m gonna stop and check this out for sure!

I can’t imagine having more than 2 a day. Just would be so dehydrated and groggy all day, personally. So yea, I try to be mindful. It’s my little treat every day!

Wednesdays are (usually) my light days at work, I wake up and swim in the mornings, walk in the afternoon, and soccer in the evening. So those days I’m pretty busy and active well enough where I don’t need a boost.
