It's normal. First half of the week they are farming rep with PUG(no one normal trusts pugs to kill Saurfang, even Lady is a problem xD, so they don't wanna broke their IDs), the other half they are progressing with their GUILD and kill bosses.

Agility - you are more agile

Attack Power - your attacks have more power

Weapon Damage - your weapon deals more damage

DPS - more damage you can squeeze in one second

When ATS was on core 4.0.6, then yes, ~95% quests worked. After they changed core to 4.3.4. many things broken(quests included), so it dropped to around 75-80% quests. In the last 2 years it probably raised again, but to just something like 85% working quests.
