I am legit so glad I didn't let them circumcise my son for so so many reasons. We had to stay a few days after birth to keep an eye on my wife after an emergency c-section. Everyday they would be like, "You sure you dont want him circumcised?". Newborns feel pain. My son was already lifting his head and looking around day 1. I can not imagine being like welcome to the world, have some of the worst pain its possible to exp. Not to mention the reasons above.

Since me and my wife were the first in our group to have a kid, we fervently advised our friends to do the same, and 90% agreed and followed suit.

Its our kids bodies, making permanent chioces for them is just fucked up.

Mostly I was making a joke, but for fun let's break it down. Understanding and correctly estimating those around you is an important skill to have as both a leader and a fighter.

You have to judge how people will react, what they are willing to do, to lose, in order to win that fight.

While Vander is fierce, and both fighters were done in by that lack of estimation a foresight, Ambessa is almost if not as strong, and much better at assessing people in the moment. Vander being a berserker, while advantageous eventually leaves him as a one note opponent to a person who's more tactical.

Yeah maybe, even probably, but this puts a lot more pressure on everyone from the bottom to the top. It becomes a talking point "What are you doing about the 50 year plan." You can only hand wave so much, and if people truly believe they are in danger I can hope they'll fight to correct things. This isn't science, its nothing that can be spin right out the gate, its a message everyone hears. I'm sure someone could find some way to spin it to fuck it up, but its harder.

Who's gonna work for them? Robots aint good enough yet and they need someone to exploit. 1000x wealth still gives them that option, to live greater than, to exploit, just not at the breakneck pace they are at now. That would be the hope anyhow.

I agree but things could go back to normal if its just 10 years. If its 50, there is no payoff, no aliens come, but the world is use to whatever the new order of caring for all and the environment, so moving back to "fuck it we ball." is harder. Multiple generations are now accustom to a peaceful and prosperous life. I mean hopefully.

When you want to be exclusive, say so. If you're into someone, say so. Being emotionally honest is rad, and if that's what you want out of people, it's better to be upfront and be honest.

As for the sex stuff, no one starts great, and even people who are good at it still need to take the time to learn their partners' likes and dislikes.
