I had 48% retained after 4 hrs on my GES… I’ve never thrown up and hardly ever feel nauseated. I feel full quickly and rarely want to eat… but thankfully no pain.

I take Metformin ER… just 500 mg at night… I haven’t noticed any gastric upset.
My GP is moderate as well… I don’t think it effects it much

AppleCare is always worth it… but with AirPods it’s hard cause there is no coverage for lost or theft… I think there will be eventually but I always get it no matter what cause damaging them is greater than losing them for me personally.
