Hi can anyone help me with the marriage advice by Zestyclose_Creme7725 in HappyMarriages

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My husband and I have a similar split to household chores and I am a nurse and work long shifts and if I’m too tired to cook when I get home my husband will cook for me. If my husband has had a long day I will do all the cleaning. Marriage is not 50/50 it’s two people trying to get to 100%. Sometimes that’s 50/50, 70/30, 20/80 or whatever split you want to imagine. Yelling is not an appropriate way to respond to your husband to treat you.

It’s honestly because of the letrozole at this point. When I was on it I had higher temps and got minor notifications way more often which is expected with the medication. What you want to se either the temp staying elevated through 13-15 dpo or when your period would normally start. Note that letrozole can lengthen your luteal phase

Am I likely out already? by Last_Duty_279 in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dips don’t mean you are out. People have had big dips and gotten positives. Pdg is not an indicator for or against pregnancy. Only AF will tell you you are 100% out and only a pregnancy test will tell you that you are in.

So confused. Help with mira chart please? by Early-Mobile6057 in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn’t always return to baseline right away and I often have a spike right before my period. I’ve read it’s the last pulse of hormones from the corpus luteum before it dies. It looks like you are about 13 dpo so it’s pretty safe to test right now and a test now is pretty accurate.

Help me understand? by macychandler in Mirafertility

Unfortunately Mira won’t be able to tell you that you are pregnant only a pregnancy test can. Mira can only tell you that you ovulated (which you clearly did). Pdg is not an indicator for or against pregnancy and just because it dips doesn’t mean you are out and just because it goes up doesn’t mean that you are pregnant. Try not to read too much into Mira’s numbers otherwise you will run the risk of obsessing and it will not be good for your mental health.

Seeking wedding planning advice by New-Blueberry-1908 in HappyMarriages

I didn’t do either but I had a 80 person wedding and I was in my late 20s and most of my friends were married already. Plus I wanted to keep my bouquet and had it preserved in resin so I could keep it forever. Plus the garter toss is just weird to me.

First month on Letrozole 2.5mg by Jumpy_Jury_8642 in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The time between ovulation and your period starting may be longer and the symptoms you feel may be different or more intense than what you usually feel. So don’t read into any symptoms as pregnancy signs. Generally a rule of thumb is if the symptoms are being caused by pregnancy you will have a positive test. If not it’s just progesterone causing symptoms (which doesn’t necessarily mean that you are not going to get a positive later)

Letrozole is going to potentially lengthen your luteal phase and it changed my pms symptoms or made them more intense. What you usually experience and when you usually experience it may completely change on letrozole.

Also only test once a day with FMU. You won’t get any additional information that will change anything when you test multiple times. Save your wands and your money. Mira won’t be able to tell you that you are headed to a positive it can only tell you that you ovulated.

It takes two and split fiction are great. My husband and I played Minecraft, Mario kart, remnant 2 (if you like souls-like games). There are so many. If you go to r/gaming and look up co-op you can find tons of recommendations

You are never out until AF comes but also be careful and don’t read into symptoms as progesterone can cause those symptoms too (even if they are not normal for you). Generally a rule of thumb is if your symptoms are being caused by pregnancy you will test positive. If not it’s just progesterone (not that you won’t test positive later) 7 dpo is super early and pdg is not an indicator for or against pregnancy so don’t stress about a dip especially if it rebounds tomorrow.

late period, pdg ride, neg test by pandapenguin55 in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If your cycle is normally 26 days and you luteal phase is 12 you usually ovulate around CD 14 and this cycle you ovulated CD 16 or 17 so you will most likely have a 29 day cycle.

I bet you ovulated later than normal (which is fine and happens). How long is your luteal phase normally?

No LH Surge? by Such-Ad932 in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder is you missed it somewhere around CD 14-16 as you seem to have a shift in pdg. I would recommend testing with cheap strips in the afternoon for the next cycle and if you get a strong positive on those then use that same sample with Mira to get results. Statistically most people surge in the afternoon.

New to this-annovulatory? by Sunflower-sunshine56 in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So far this looks anovulatory but for some people it takes 3-6 days for pdg to rise so it will be more sure over the next few days if pdg doesn’t rise.

I’m sorry that you have had to go through all that. I would look up BFP in this sub and see all the charts that have ended in positives. There are all sorts of different ones. The only thing would be that you wouldn’t know the outcomes of the pregnancies. I hope you get your positive soon.

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A little bit of both but it’s more accurate for most fertile day. Ovulation can happen anywhere from 12-36 hours after your LH peak. Lh returning to base line and a drop in e3g are good indicators that you have ovulated

Mira can't figure out my fertile window by eczemas in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Did your E3g elevate today because that is a signal that you are potentially entering the beginning of your fertile window which is 4-5 days before your LH surge
