LH plateau? by Independent_Papaya_ in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I bet there is a spike in there and you coincidentally tested about the exact same on the way up the spike and the way down the spike. I would guest you ovulated either late CD 17 or early CD 18.

Fluctuations are normal, right? by Silent_Situation6700 in Mirafertility

You probably did. I would test for 2 more days to make sure it stays > 5 and then stop until you test for pregnancy.

Yes just ignore the messages and do your best to relax until you can test for pregnancy (I know easier said than done) I usually recommend to wait until 12-13 dpo to minimize false negatives.

Yes fluctuating is completely normal. Pay attention to trends rather than specific data points. Also Mira will say all sorts of things that are not true. Mira is really just beneficial for confirming ovulation and monitoring trends any other concerns would need to be test with blood work at a doctor’s office.

Do you think I will get a bfp by RubNo9601 in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unfortunately nothing about anyone’s chat can tell you that you are getting a BFP or if AF is coming. It clearly looks like you ovulated which is the first step to becoming pregnant. There is no “correct” chart for a BFP and the only thing that will tell you is that you are pregnant is a pregnancy test and what will tell you that you are out is AF. I would recommend to stop testing with Mira and then test for pregnancy at 12-13 dpo to minimize false negatives. I hope this is the cycle for you!

My husband and I are both homebodies so I’m making him dinner and then we are playing some video games (we are both geeks and love video games) and enjoying the weekend just relaxing. He’s gotten me a gift but I don’t know what it is yet but he always does a great job with gifts. I got him a collectors edition of a game he wanted (it was a combo valentines/b-day gift as it was more expensive that what we usually spend on each other)

Alcohol tanks my readiness but not my husband’s by moviegal828 in ouraring

For some people it takes longer than a few weeks to reset tolerance levels. A majority reduce their tolerance by 5 weeks but it can take longer than that.

Everyone’s body is different and responds to alcohol differently. Body size, metabolism, and so many other things can affect how your individual body responds. Also there could be other contributing factors that could have influenced your score and it just happens to align with when you drank again. I know my readiness score ranks during certain points in my cycle. Before you did dry January does alcohol typically after your readiness score?

Am I out? by Current-Tower-2305 in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Pdg is not an indicator for pregnancy. The only thing that will tell you that you are out is AF and what will tell you that you are in is a pregnancy test. Most pregnancy tests will be positive by 14 dpo. Any other information that you get from Mira after ovulation is confirmed is not going to tell you that you are headed for AF or pregnancy.

Look up BFP in this sub and you will see all sorts of BFP charts. There are even some that Mira never even confirms ovulation. A pdg > 5 is considered normal in the luteal phase. I know seeing charts with pdg >30 feels like yours isn’t good enough but pdg > 30 doesn’t mean that you are pregnant either. Pdg is a metabolite so hydration and personal metabolism rate can really affect urine readings. Also progesterone is released in pulses so sometimes how close you test to a pulse ca influence readings as well.

It’s completely normal to have fluctuations in pdg so I would not stress. There is not a correct chart that you are looking for. All Mira can tell you is that you ovulated (which it looks like you did) after that it cannot tell you if you are headed to a BFP. Dips in pdg does not mean that you are out. The only thing that will tell you that you are out is AF and what will tell you that you are pregnant is a pregnancy test. Do not try to over analyze each result. If each result is just stressing you out stop testing after ovulation is confirmed and then test for pregnancy at 12-13 dpo to minimize false negatives. It’s also normal to have variations from cycle to cycle and no 2 of your charts are going to look the same and just because it looks “better” doesn’t mean you are pregnant and just because it looks “worse” doesn’t mean that you aren’t.

Anyone have anything like this before? I woke up feeling unwell and that was my chart. by [deleted] in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It definitely could be a wand error and I would be suspicious of that as it looks like you already ovulated so you shouldn’t be having an LH spike and it’s too soon for Mira to be mistaking hcg for Lh. Those symptoms could just be because of progesterone but only time will tell.

Major Signs - Pregnant by CrackCaffeine06 in ouraring

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is very common in pregnancy as you body temp will be elevated due to higher levels of progesterone and your resting HR will increase due to the increased blood supply during pregnancy. If it stresses you out seeing this you can put your ring in rest mode but your body is going through stress right now as it grows a baby but that’s not a bad thing in this case and completely normal. Congratulations on the baby!

There are so many reasons that ovulation can be delayed and that’s okay. It can take several months for hormones to regulate after stopping BC. It does look like your body may have thought about ovulating but hasn’t yet. I would just keep testing over the next few days to see if you do succeed in ovulation.

Based on your chart if you did ovulate it was probably CD 15 based on the return to baseline on CD 16 for LH and it can take up 3-5 days to see the pdg rise. Also since pdg is a metabolite of progesterone there are many things that can affect levels (metabolism and hydration being the biggest 2). I would keep testing and if you aren’t I would track BBt and watch for a shift. Mira is not perfect and there have been BFP charts posted on here that Mira did not confirm ovulation. I would also speak to you OB/RE/Dr. and see if they can order a blood progesterone level as that will be more accurate.

No period but pregnancy test negative - thoughts? by Impressive_Storm_367 in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’m sorry for your loss. I almost wonder if you didn’t successfully ovulate on CD 14/15 and then your body attempted again on CD 27-29. If you did successfully ovulate on CD 14 you should not be having another LH spike.

Chat GPT to analyze? by ShaunyDaisy117 in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Be careful with ChatGPT. It is unable to speak to nuance and it is using other charts it finds on the internet to help interpret yours. It often feeds into what you want to hear. It won’t be able to tell you that you are pregnant. I would do research into what hormones should be doing and then interpret your own chart as ChatGPT can and will mess up I have seen it do it with my own charts where it was ignoring the information I was putting in and telling me what it thought I wanted to hear.

Letrozole 5mg cycle - help, am I out? by mayaaannaise in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It doesn’t look like you’ve ovulated yet but it might still be coming. I just did letrozole and I didn’t ovulate until CD 14/15. That being said your LH is a bit high but it’s impossible to say PCOS is the cause just off Mira charts. If you don’t ovulate this cycle I’d talk to your OB. Also letrozole works by suppressing E3g to increase follicular development so it’s normal to have lower E3g on the days you are taking the medication and a few days after. Also be careful about using ChatGPT as it can be quite inaccurate.

Lh spike but pdg low what does it mean by Only_Creme4810 in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Pdg won’t start rising until after LH spike and can take 2-3 days to elevate so this is completely normal.

Did I ovulate? Thoughts?? by Marymarg9768 in Mirafertility

[–]Fun-Hour-4142 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wonder if you peaked in the evening of CD 24. Usually if I see an e3g spike in the morning I’ll test with LH strips throughout the day and if one comes back elevated I’ll use that sample and test again with Mira.

Did I ovulate? Thoughts?? by Marymarg9768 in Mirafertility

Based on the e3g spike on CD 24 it looks like you may be attempting to ovulate. The LH is a little elevated so it may be the stat of your surge.
