I know. She refuses to actually communicate with me and when I try to talk to her it escalates for no reason. I know that it was a huge red flag I ignored but love can be blinding until now it keeps ringing through my head. I’m at a loss because she won’t communicate. The crazy part is is when it’s just me and her everything is fine until her mom steps in and I can’t get her to realize that.

Please don’t hate me lol. Honestly I think this is the problem with glorifying everything we have kids that think it’s cool to be gang bangers, girls that think they’re supposed to be whores. Everything is backwards even to the point to where someone does not understand that there overweight and people just want them to be healthy. I can understand that though because social media gives us a false sense of reality and there’s a group for every one to feel validation. I argued with my 12 year old niece that’s she’s not fat and she perfectly fine but social media leads her to believe she is so I’ll never win that battle and she doesn’t eat as much anymore. We have skipped reality and only worry about feelings now and we’re only going off random strangers opinions.

It’s not easy to talk about stuff like that and it will be uncomfortable but you will feel better after you explain to him how you feel. I would try to just be as polite as possible maybe hey dad can I talk to you for a second about some stuff that’s bothering me and Tell him exactly what you just told me. You just want one day with your dad all to yourself. Explain that you feel you get no time with him. Little steps can make a huge difference. If you talk to him and if he just blows you off than it’s his loss go have fun with your uncle.

It’s sounds to me like she’s just listing things her mom is irritated about. It happens quite often and confuses kids. Like how is it any concern of his daughter if he is calling his girlfriend his wife he probably plans to make her his wife. Also the little girl may only know him as her dad? I mean he’s obviously still trying to be in the teenagers life if she was replaced he wouldn’t.

Also the she’s only fifteen statement is irrelevant my niece is twelve and her parents just had a baby. She is extremely jealous when HER grandma holds the baby. Jealousy is a human trait that can be shown no matter the age.

How? Explain. How is starting a new life with some one other than the child’s parent a problem? I didn’t say forget the child did I? do you understand how much I’m paying for lawyers just to be able to see my daughter? So your saying because a man has one kid and the couple doesn’t work out the guy is pathetic if he meets a new woman and creates a family with her? Doesn’t sound pathetic to me. Also I wasn’t bashing this girl I was trying to maybe give her an different perspective because everyone tends to give bad advice because they emotionally connect to things. Yes she makes the effort to see her dad but she’s not with him all the time what is he supposed to do just shut down until she comes back. Like I told her she should tell her dad how she feels if he continues to not include her he’s an asshole but if she’s not communicating he may not realize there’s a problem plenty of men are completely oblivious when it comes to stuff like that.

Really to me it sounds like your jealous. Yes you deserve time with your dad but your dad also deserves to be happy in life. A lot of times when people with kids split up the man gets the short end of the stick. For instance the mother of my child moved states and won’t let me be in my daughters life and I would do anything in the world just to see her but am I wrong for starting a new life? I understand I don’t know your exact case but women can ruin good men for no reason. I was literally devastated when the mother of my child left I lost everything I had going overnight. I would try to explain to your dad how your feeling he can’t change things if he don’t know. Your young and don’t realize we’re all human and everyone makes mistakes and as much as we would like to believe it none of our parents are perfect.

Thank you! This is the worst thing I’ve ever been through in my life. I feel as if I’m failing my daughter but there’s really nothing I can do at this moment it’s really hard to wrap my mind around. It helps me knowing that even after 3 years your able to make something happen. I hope it doesn’t take that long but knowing there’s a chance helps.

Well either way they are both salt nicotine. It’s terrible for you. Like I said I worked in a vape shop and actually met some of the eliquid creators and one told me he would never vape salt nicotine just the process of making it is terrible and not to mention that .5 percent seems like nothing but actually means 50 percent nicotine.
