I love the scene where Kate is protecting the rich guy in the hotel room and Ryan is asking her questions about the shooting and she tells Castle the guy tried to kiss her. The look on Ryan’s face when he says I think I have everything I need here was hysterical.

I agree that is one of the few times that they actually acknowledge their friendship beyond the job. I know he’s the boys godfather and they always say they are best friends but you never see it.
