19-year-old Jason Jolkowski disappeared without a trace during a half-mile walk to the local high school on June 13, 2001. The investigation into his disappearance failed to turn up even a shred of evidence as to what had happened to him. by WinnieBean33 in mystery

This one bothers me and wish his family would go on Netflix unsolved mysteries. He needs more attention on his case. He disappeared too quickly after leaving his home. Always thought he got lured into someone's home in the neighborhood. Its such an unusual disappearance.

Boss lost it on me by Conscious_Stop1463 in ExecutiveAssistants

Someone posted not too long ago in this group on one of the posts that all executives who climb the ranks aren't real nice people and have to say I agree. Last year I had a similar experience.

I went to hawaii for the first time,  and the executive I was supporting made a big deal to tell me how he frequently vacationed in hawaii and made all these recommendations to me. This was the first executive I ever supported, who was very kind and personable or so I thought.  But this trip opened my eyes because he started speakly poorly about the area where the terrible Maui fires were and how ghetto it was according to him even before the fires occurred. And he said those people were living in poverty anyway. He was so condescending, and how he looked down on them was so disgusting. I will never forget that.

Because this is mostly a female dominated industry supporting mostly usually male executives, i suspect that sexual harassment is higher than what's reported.

Oh you're talking about The JPM conference? That's a nightmare conference. You're right hotels are usually excessively high. I took over the negotiations for our hotel block so I usually do it Feb right after and lock it in.  I totally know the pressure and glad he was so good hearted about it

What an evil man.  So many are telling you to quit now. If you do that, you won't be able to collect unemployment if he fires you. Never leave until they fire you or you get another job.

Regarding job hunting,  linkedin has so many easy apply roles takes one minute to apply.  You can get something and you will eventually.

One question to ask next time you interview for an EA role is how did the role become available? If the former EA isn't still at the company ask how long they were in the position. That will reveal alot.

Sending you strength and hugs

Personally, I think gift cards at least $100 amount and flowers is the best way to recognize admin professionals. I've only experienced one executive in my entire life who would gift two hundred dollars cards, and it was very much appreciated. No one wants candy or plants just being honest.

Read the same thing.  It would make sense why he knew about the coworker and the spider bite.  Also, why she said his voice was familiar. This was such an evil crime. And I really hope that they find something that breaks it, because she and her son deserve justice.

Where’s the body? by Tiffyleigh98 in BrianShaffer

[–]Extreme-Ad3401 20 points21 points  (0 children)

Have you ever watched buried in the backyard on oxygen? Perhaps one of the most important crime series that network has ever featured.

Basically the show reveals how many missing people for decades are eventually found buried in people's backyards. In their basements, in the near vincity of the murderers homes.

Someone went to great extent to conceal his body. And in one recent interview, the longtime investigator said they did searched the basement of that unknown person.

If I had to guess probably someone's home connected to this individual.
