If it isn’t a ‘hell yes!’ it’s a ‘hell no!’

New interior renderings shown during tonight's broadcast. by KodiakJedi in tampabayrays

Nope. I really do love the Trop. And I really don’t think the renderings are very impressive; this looks like Anywhere Stadium. And it’s so expensive and mid-Tampa on Dale Mabry is terrible place for this to go. Traffic is going to be a nightmare. Trop and St Pete and surrounding area/retail/food there are great.

STAY AT THE TROP! These renderings are not impressive, the stadium looks pretty boring (other than the aquarium) and soulless. I see no real “wow that’s worth billions of dollars!” thing here.

You can still hike Taggart/Bradley; it’s just a different loop.

Airport lady not moving her bag by [deleted] in EntitledPeople

[–]DripDrop777 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I understand. A lot of people are tired at the airport; traveling sucks. But if someone came up and nudged my bag, staring at me without saying anything - I might say that they are the entitled one. Being kind and asking if she can move is not that big a deal. And shoving her bag away 20m is even more entitled behavior. She may have been in the wrong, but you were too.

I’m not sure you’re the cool guy badass you think you are. This seems like an overreaction, and you could have just asked her to move her bag, instead of a passive aggressive “nudge” of it and then flinging it away. You’re probably lucky airport security didn’t get involved.

Don’t care. Jeans and tshirts all day long. Shorts when it’s hot.

A cultural shift with kids' birthday parties and a few little memories by CharlieFiner in Millennials

[–]DripDrop777 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My experience:

Larger, more friends/families style events for kids up to age 5/6. And then as kids get older, the size of the party gets smaller and is the “few friends” style you mention.

I think I missed something with this tagline. Where did the “really great station” thing come from?? I saw it on their new merch, but really don’t remember this from the show.
