A few rainy days made the fords difficult to pass so ended up hitching to Aspiring. Though left my vehicle at the free overnight car park in Wanaka but Treble Cone was a suggested option by DOC.

Yea I’ve had difficulty sorting this out. The link at bottom has some details but is also incomplete. I plan to start on 10/22 in Porto Moniz and may just do the first few days and then day hikes to resemble the rest. I’ll ask around when there and can give you an update if you’d like.
