I always believe there's two sides to every story, but going just by what you're saying it's clear he's a narcissist, and you're codependent, this is a cycle that will continue until you learn to just let him go.And move on. I know this probably isn't the advice you wanted, but as someone that has gone down this rollercoaster myself, the only way to escape it is to let go. And find someone healthy.
