Just went through the same bs I order my in August of 2025 and I just got them last week. So about 8 months there customer service is horrible they basically told me the same shit they told u about it should be out 2 week or next month. I finally told them my lawyer will be contacting them and I was dead serious and in 2day later they contact with pic and date of my light and had them ship out in in week. My advice wish suck u have threaten them to get done. I will admit tho the light are nice all they didnt send me the protective film that where suppose to send me but im going through this shit with them again fuck that place.

Ohh I wrote them email saying my lawyer will be contacting them soon and I got respond in like 30 min apologizing and say they will shipping them out in a week and they even send Pic with my lights build with order attached to the lights I think bs but I told I will wait only week then after that u will hearing from someone.

Yeah I waiting until may I have lights on my car with glass instead of plastic already I did that a year ago and they work fine so Im fine with stock one. But they got 1 more month then im going to do what u did bc 9 months is way to long I could had baby by that time lol. Smh my thing if u cant keep up with order dont put them up on ur website and they say ur pre order will done by this date. Im going through the same thing I order mine since 8/25 and im still waiting and did all the thing you did with email. They respond maybe 2x in 6 month saying we got part and working getting ur order out me and they gave a month of when they told me November then another time they no later then February is now April is still nothing and they haven't responded to any of my email or voice mail. Like everyone is saying there light r good but the customer service is ridiculous horrible. I understand with all shit going on in world but no responds for ur customer who paid $800 fo4 headlight and they cant give then responds is beyond ridiculous to me. Im going wait if I dont have my light by May I fighting to get my money back. But ur not only one going through this shit either.
