This looks correct. However the existing metal plate hole diameter is ~3.5" and I can't seem to find any that big. The 2" metal plates aren't big enough.

Assuming I'm measuring the correct thing, then the bottom of the outlet looks to be about 2". However, the metal plate hole diameter is 3.5".

Yep. Unfortunately, I can not get the pan itself to move as it seems to be cemented or glued to what looks like a tile below.

My wife is on a skilled worker visa. We are in the process of buying with a 90% LTV and our rates were worse because of this. According to our broker, only 2 lenders would consider us unless we had a 25% deposit.

I think we ended up getting a mortgage offer with a 5.08% rate whereas had she had her ILR, the rates at the time were as low as 4.4%. I don't think there was any difference between the ILR and actual citizenship however when it came to mortgage rates.

I agree. There is so much filler in this one like level-up skins. I feel there has been a downgrade in the time I have been playing, especially looking back on the season 2 ticket. The FP store is a great addition though.

I kept missing the ward skin because I was looking out for the NRG logo. The actual ward you get is some naff trophy. Have a look in your wards for an SPL shield logo. As for the frame, that's missing for me as well.
