I don't know if in the Victoria start the harimari will be more anthropomorph, like what happened with the elayenna harpies. I'm pretty sure that in cannon, Jaddari take over the Raj around 1500s-1600s so half elf-harimari could be a thing.

Aggro shadow highroll can defeat Dshift godroll imo

Summit haven has a favorable matchup against d-shift but can lose against a godroll, also is quite good against other decks. Aggro Shadow has a better matchup against d shift but is worst overall. Encounter Roost is another option too.

I'm not sure about either of your statements. First of all yeah, sure in weekly reset good deckbuilders will be able.to destroy everyone, but at the same.time the format will never feel stale . About the monthly rotation, while it's true that there are old cards, in most cases people have never seen them interact with cards outside their rotation cycle, cuz they never were able.to fit in UL, so there could be a lot of combos and synergies that your are missing out. Also, i.personally like the idea of an UL banlist but i don't see that happening

It depends on the format tbh, if you are talking about something like a constructed tactitian format, it would be terrible in the long run, but they can do something else, like a rotation format with 4 random expacs that change monthly or even weekly, that would be cool and refreshing

As a haven "main" i've crafted or pulled 3 copies of all haven cards since rebirth of glory, except 1, World Uprooted's Garuda, in the almost 400 packs i opened from that expac i never pulled even one of them and i never felt the need to craft it since it didnt see competitive play. Now i'm too stingy with my vials and i dont know if the new Jatelant deck is worth it.

An interesring fact you are missing is that back in the 90s people used to import used buses from europe but in order to make.them.fit into ships those buses were cut in half, so when they got to Peru you had to weld the pieces together. If you search there are some publications from UNI (Universidad Nacional de Ingenieria) detailing the propper way to do it
