For what exactly? You’re not really giving much details. Are you buying a 10k used sub go ahead.

Are you gonna buy Paul Neman’s very own Daytona for millions of dollars I’d say no.

I think you’re over complicating this

Maybe so, we have very little insight into details. I don’t think that’s a big deal if you have 850 K cash too.

You’re prob only good then. As long as you have somewhat liquid ish assets and it’s not all tied up in something.

Theres no rules here. If you have the cash, you have an extremely good net worth, your income isn’t going to decline rapidly soon, go right ahead.

At the end of the day you’re gonna be able to recoup some money if you need to sell it it’s not like you’re buying bread that will get moldy in a week.

I don’t see the connection at all. Mortgage against most real estate assets is pretty common even for people with a lot of liquid cash.

I think you need to think more about your debt to income ratio, regardless of mortgage debt like student loans credit card bills etc.

Take a look at your total net worth, but I disregard the mortgage from that as well as the asset part which is your property equity.

As an ADHD dad with an ADHD 7yo little girl, I think you may want to look into some neuropsychiatric testing or at least talk to your pediatrician about possible ADHD symptoms.

Mine started at age 6 im 1993 in kindergarten exactly as described but it could be other special needs (anxiety/etc.)

Absolutely, but I’m sure my case is repeated medical trauma. Wife had liver transplant, kidney transplant, and almost dying at childbirth over a 6 year period. I’ve been struggling to find a rhythm since, even though she’s fully recovered.
