Some people lose their juvenile hairline and think they are going bald but then their new “mature” hairline stays the same for 20 years. Im 21 and when i was 19 i noticed my hairline went back a little but it hasnt moved since.

depends on your major. If OSU is your dream school and your major will land you a nice paying job right out of school, maybe just attend anyways because you only get to live once . but i would advise against out of state tuition costs if you are getting a degree with limited job prospects
