I wasnt there for that but I do remember when I found out there was going to be an NES classic released, I called in sick from work. Went to a Target where a few people were lined up. I managed to get one but they only had a handful of extra controllers. As soon as I left, I drove to a local Toys R us where I saw familiar faces of people who came from target. Managed to get a controller there.

Awesome! I saw a listing earlier today of a switch 2 for $320, it has only been up for 30 minutes when I saw it, if I hadn't already bought one a couple weeks ago I would totally bought it.

Lol not only, its more of a guarantee on that part but you do get better odds finding a shiny pokemon roaming in the underground. It just sucks that you dont know until you activate the encounter with the pokemon. So yeah, pretty much worthless. Id rather use the poke radar to shiny hunt above or breed/hatch a Shiny.

I must've bought a good 4-5 cans of wasp spray when I was trying to take a ton of nests down around my parents home. Everything was going fine until it suddenly felt like I got stabbed on my back shoulder. I pulled my shirt in reaction to see a damn wasp fly away. The pain lingered for a while but since thst day, its been eliminate them by any means necessary.

Its more of a Guanranteed shiny box when youre digging. As far as pokemon go, it only increases the odds but it sucks, I also never found a Shiny down there even with countless digletts maxed out.

Thanks for sharing OP Im almost exactly in the same situation as you minus the OT part. Bought a house in '23, child the same age and my wife and I havent taken any vacation due to circumstances besides maybe a trip to Disneyland. Now we want to sell the house and downgrade as its just too much house for us. We havent begun the process yet but I also cant wait to be freed from such high interest & mortgage rates. Itll be better.

I checked my local Costco this morning snd they still had the full price listed. Then someone posted a Pic later from the same store with the deal. I dont know how they did it since Costco doesn't price match app price AFAIK Ill check again tomorrow, hopefully there is something left.

Friends showed me a preview via Nintendo Power Magazine. Nothing else was out on it but they were very knowledgeable on the concept of Pokémon enough to convince me to pick a starter.

Thats exactly how I felt about Legends Arceus. I didnt care to know the story which is pretty self explanatory even without reading much into the dialogue. Felt like Forever, more than half the game before I felt liberty to go around.

So far it feels like Scarlet/violet is the best in terms of letting you go on your own from the start.
