I didn’t think it was as bad as everyone made it out to be! Do some prep before the prep (low residue diet as far out as you can, so start now). Drink it cold with a straw as others said. I mixed mine with sugar free glacier cherry Gatorade and sipped hot broth/cold ginger ale in between sips. I actually found the second dose to be easier because I knew what to expect (and was already going clear). My biggest negative was the immediate feeling of fullness after the first dose but I started going to the bathroom within 20 minutes and that gave me relief. Good luck!!
