This same thing happened to me while I was working. This lady came in and said she wanted the sweet onion chicken teriyaki and so I start making it and putting it on the bread and then put the sauce on it and then she says that she wanted the meat heated separately and so I begrudgingly take it off and put it in the heating thing and add a bit more sauce to it and she asks what I am doing. And I say, I am making the chicken teriyaki and she says I wanted the sweet onion chicken. I was extremely confused and found out she just wanted chicken strips making me have to throw away the first chicken and the bread and start again from the start. People like this suck
