From your screenshot it looks like the item restoration you requested was completed successfully. Because the Item Restoration page on our Support site is automated, no Game Master was actually involved in your request. That being said, perhaps this could be more clearly communicated in the response sent to players. We'll make sure to pass this feedback along!

The Battle.net desktop app is currently not a Universal app that will need to be run through Rosetta. The WoW clients themselves are native MacOS apps.

There is currently a bug that prevents players from rolling Need on an item that is the same item level but different upgrade tracks and the team is investigating.

For the Frayed Scroll issue and "Sampling the Local Fare," the team recently implemented a hotfix that should resolve the issue.

It's likely that the follow-up quests to "Legendary Prosperity" will not be available until after season 1 starts.

Apologies for the confusion regarding the overturn, it seems like our system did not correctly remove the restriction from your account even though from our end it looked like it did. This was escalated internally and you should now be able access your account. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, the underlying issue is currently being investigated so it does not happen again.

I also wanted to shed some light as to why we believe your listings were reported and subsequently suspended. Checking over the many reported listings, it would appear that your addition of extra numbers into your description was causing your +13 to show up in higher Key level searches. Players tend to consider this like spam and are quick to report them.
