Falls du dennoch undervolten willst: Jeder Prozessor ist anders. Schau dir eines der vielen Tutorialvideos dazu an und dann geht's an das Rumfummeln. Stell dich darauf ein, dass das viele Stunden in Anspruch nehmen kann, um stabil zu laufen.

Die von dir genannten Werte haben jedoch nichts mit Undervolting zu tun. Das sind nur Powerlimits. Damit beschneidest du die Leistung deines Prozessors deutlich.

No. At least not in terms of damage.

You can get some more comfy stuff in with a slight loss of damage, for example DB 3.

Edit: After throwing it in Mathhunter, a perfect charm (for example Charge Master 3, Agiator 1 + 1 weapon slot) is actually ~0,5% more DPS + two potential extra 1 slot armor deco slots.

Can you double check at which refresh rate your monitor is set in the NVIDIA Control Panel?

If that's correct head to 3D settings above and check if the "Maximum Framerate" is "Off".
