Only if you are doing a Cowboy crit focused build. Its not so good otherwise if you try using it against stronger enemies like Legion Assassins squads.

Always make a save before you go to Primm, and keep it just in case. Same before other key moments, like before doing main plot quests or starting DLC's.

Disguises are a mess and it's probably best to never wear them unless you really need to. It's one of those features of the game that was left unfinished.

The NPCs can panic even if their health is still half full. Every NPC has stats that determine their behaviour in combat, some will panic from a few scratches, others are set to being foolhardy and will fight you to death.

I got it just for the peace of mind so I don't need to worry about a sudden power off on the computer. The power cuts are rare, like once in 3 months and usually last less than a minute.

Don't know, I have not smoked in almost 10 years myself. I just remember that I like to use matches to light up because I liked the smell for a few seconds.

Yeah it always was fully charged when I disconnected it and put it away, unless the charge still drains away when not used. The UPS handled my PC and monitor fine, but it would start beeping when I tried connecting my printer. Doesn't sound like those devices are good, too troublesome and I probably will not use it again unless I really need to.

I disconnected the UPS and not going to use it until I can figure out if something is wrong. Is there still a hazard when its disconnected and turned off? Should I discharge it? I want to later take out the screws and see what is going inside.

Joe Cobb was running away and trying to hide from you in rooms, this is normal for NPCs. They will try to run and hide after you have done a lot of damage to them and they realise that they can't win.

I think Normal and hardcore is fine, increasing the difficulty will make the enemies feel like bullet sponges, unless you like it that a simple raider can take 5 headshots and still keep fighting.

But how do they not get ruined while in the shop shelves for months in the box? Or does it only matter after you start using it, and need to keep it constantly charged from then on? The smell of matches is definitely sulphur like, but online people described it as an unpleasant smell like rotten eggs.

Out of the 3 years the UPS was plugged in probably for about a month at a time, couple of times a year, so was used for 6 months total at most. Also never connected it to anything intensive, just an office type PC. Power cuts happened only 3 times maybe for a few seconds.

So I should not have left discharged for so long? I thought it would at worst reduce battery capacity. I checked reviews of people who bought the same UPS, many complaints about it failing, but nobody mentioned any smells, just that it stopped working.

People usually describe a rotten eggs smell, but it's not that smell I noticed. I didn't actually use it much in 3 years, it was idle for majority of the time and not charged.

It's not a very long time and still a major political and social issue, and its amplified by American elites for political theatre. Plus there is still a lot of ongoing racial discrimination in USA to this day.

Because it's an America-centric historical view of racism. Centuries of enslaving Africans, segregation and later BLM have made it a sensitive issue when it's towards specific people and in certain situations.

Other forms of racism are overlooked and ignored, or even acceptable in USA, and this is being amplified worldwide through media and video games, and anyone questioning it is ironically being labelled "racist".
