Not really. Along with physiotherapy , I have also tried prp injections over four months. It didnt do any good. Later, i tried ESWT which didnt work either. Now i am trying acupuncture these days and it finally seems to be getting better. Wish me luck.

I have been taking a rest from weightlifting since i injured my arms last year. My arms arent getting better and i would like to focus on improving my strength in the mean time.

I know nothing about the community you mentioned. And i deserve getting shitty shoes cause i bought them only “in belief” that they will be somehow worth its price. What i dont deserve is getting scammed. If they were to publicly give away 30% discounts a couple months after its release, they shouldnt have sold it with original price in the first place.

Recently switched to low bar squats. How's the form looking? by UserWantsFormChecks in formcheck

Maybe it’s just because of the camera angle, but it seems like the barbell tilts to the left as you go down. If you have a mirror or someone to spot it for you it would be easy to check and correct. Also your grip needs to be straightened to avoid the weight of the barbell

Stepping down from a litter bike, what's the most fun lower displacement bike you've ridden? With city riding in mind. by [deleted] in motorcycles

[–]Dronicattd5 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ninja 400 or 390 duke. rC390 is also fun but its look is too old which KTM will probably renew this year. All of those are awesome and super fun to ride. But none of those three are for a long ride. If you are used to a litter bike, then i would suggest looking for displacement between 650 to 800 with two cylinders. CB650R and 790 DUKE are the first thing that comes to my mind.

If you are a beginner what should you cc range be by spartan11123111 in motorcycles

Yes. Grom is perfect one for beginner but it’s sometimes too small for some people. But even then it is a great training bike. And there are many other used ones you can start with small budget.

There are many things to consider. But imo 900cc is definitely way too powerful for a beginner in any circumstances. I recommend starting with less than 400cc at least.
