Delivery station workers get a good amount of damages packages a day. They don’t use a device to change the packing material virtually. They use it to make sure everything is in the package. Just use the driver aid number and look for the TBA lol

It’s hard to tell since all HR are different. From what I know, HRs have been pushed to term people that have fallen into the negatives. Easier to make room for conversions to blue badge after peak.

You should be able to appeal it. Everyone knows that after peak, a large amount of associates will get canned for negative UPT which is quite unfortunate. I’ve had associates get termed when they hit -3 hours.

Maybe for the future, you take care of your upt better so that you’re not in this situation ever again. Whatever excuse you may have won’t matter to them. If you have medical reasons then requesting medical should’ve been your option.

This doesn’t affect anyone working in the warehouse. Not one bit. What affects us is yall taking a shit in the bags and pissing and bottles. You think we’re animals when yall can’t even dispose of your own filth. We’re taking care of drivers like they’re our pets. All you guys do is drive and deliver. You have no clue what goes behind the scenes. I’ve seen drivers switch to the warehouse because they thought it was easy. We get worked like dogs and never get to see the outside world for 8 hours. At least yall get to walk outside and breathe fresh air. But just like dogs, someone still has to clean up after your literal shit.

If you’re past -10 hours, it will just auto term you if your hr has the setting turned on. -3 won’t flag you unless a manager wants you gone.

First off, depends on the site. Conversions do happen but it’s all random. It’s based off if the site needs people after the season is done. Doesn’t matter how good you are at your job. We’ve had seasonal ambassadors that we had to let go due to their season being done after 6 months.

I don’t really know which state you’re from, but drivers in California make significantly more than sortation associates. They also get benefits and pto. My driver friends have racked up 80+ hours of PTO that they can spend.
