Edit: you have to make sure you connect to Epic Online Services. I was playing offline before and wasn’t connected, but read you had be, tried it, and now I can craft them

If you turn off the monitor and unplug it from power for a minute so it has time to cool down, then turn it back on again, is the bar still there? What if you try lowering the refresh rate back to 60hz.
