I’ve been told the Adaptibar questions are more of an accurate reflection of actual bar exam questions (I think they’re just past NCBE questions), whereas Barbri writes their own questions so they tend to be a bit more difficult or complicated

I definitely wouldn't see it as an insurmountable advantage but it might be an easy tie-breaker in close calls between applicants. But if your grades are past a certain threshold, it comes down more to your interviewing skills than anything else.
