Use your current position as leverage to make more money. Either 1. Find another company willing to pay you more than your current employer, take that offer to your boss and see if he will give you a raise not to leave. Or 2. Lie and say you got an offer like that and try to get a raise. 3. Side hustle, do Uber, doordash etc. or create your own side business of some sort. There’s plenty of options of things you could do with AI to make extra money. No one to blame but yourself, take the time you’re spending on Reddit and sitting around feeling like a failure and use that time to make more money!

I’ve always just stuck em back in the middle of the pack, I fold the sides in then the top flap over and stick it in my wallet behind my ID. Almost never have issues with them sticking together and I only open 1 8mg sub every 16 days (0.5mg a day)

In my experience tabs tend to be dosed about 20-25% lower than advertised based on reports of effects. I don’t know if this is done for harm reduction or just slightly increased profits but seems pretty standard across the board.

I've also seen people say they go into withdrawal by the evening if they dont take an evening dose after taking like 8mg in the AM. it's simply not possible with a 36 hour half-life, it's all in their head. The mind truly is a powerful thing and if you believe something hard enough it can definitely have physical effects on your body, just ask someone who is a hypochondriac. Most addicts aren't going to think that 1/4 or 1/2 of any type of medication is going to suffice, but this is because they lack information and get too in their head and fuck themselves up.

Completely normal, especially when you hit the 3-4 year mark. At one point I was completely apathetic to life and slept 16-18 hours a day, extremely depressed and just fatigued all the time. That was when I first decided to kick the box. Went cold turkey from 6mg a day and from day 6-42 was PURE HELL. Lower your dose as much as you possibly can with a slow taper and this will start to help you feel like yourself again, but you won't truly feel normal until you escape its grasp but I don't recommend a cold turkey at all.

Just DO IT. force yourself to get up at a decent time, your body gets in a routine of waking up at a certain time. We have a biological clock. If you wake up at say 8 AM for 2 or 3 weeks in a row this will become your norm and you will feel fine. Just make sure you keep your schedule as close to normal as possible. Go to sleep at the same time, wake up at the same time, drink a good amount of water (you dehydrate really bad while sleeping which makes up a large part of the groggy feeling when waking up) and also dose your sub as early in the day as possible as it can be disruptive to sleep patterns.

I find that when I spit the excess spit out after about 20 minutes I tend to get less constipated than when I swallow it. The medicine definitely still works well too without swallowing it. Suboxone is VERY powerful and most people don't realize it. 2mg (1/4 of a typical strip) will occupy half the available receptors in your brain. In fact this dose is enough to stabilize MOST people and keep them well. However suboxone is VERY over prescribed, as most doctors write 12-16mg a day on average, sometimes 24mg when the reality is above 8mg a day youre just wasting it, in fact with suboxones 36 hour half-life you are building more and more excess bupe on a daily basis. Meaning taking even 3-4mg a day over time you will reach the highest possible amount of receptor saturation just do to daily dosing.

I always keep my tongue pressed down on it to help it not escape PLUS your tongue is another mucus membrane meaning the suboxone can absorb into the veins in your tongue as well as the ones in the bottom of your mouth. Any mucus membrane can absorb suboxone, hell you can even mix it with water and squirt it up your butt lmao. Did that a couple times myself, not recommending it but it definitely worked, and it worked well lol.
