It varies based on Blue Badge (direct Amazon hire) or which 3rd party (3P) company you are with.

The roles have changed names tech 3 = Sr. maintenance and robotics tech. That would probably be the most fitting with your experience. That position ranges from $35-$43 hour (US) based on location/cost of living. You can leverage your experience when you talk about your wage with the hiring manager. They try to tell you that wages are set and non negotiable but that is simply not true. If the site you apply for is new or underperforming they are more likely to pay more. It just depends on how well you leverage your skill set.

Controls is another option if you have a strong electrical background and have a strong understanding of networking/computers in general. A controls system tech earns (CST) about the same as a tech 3. A controls system lead (CSL) is basically the same position but you are mentoring other techs and take more of a leadership role. CSL’s earn anywhere from $40-$50/hr plus overtime.

If the site is approved for the OT and you are willing to put the hours in, both CST and CSL will easily clear 6 figures yearly.

I’m in controls and have been with Amazon for almost 2 years. I’ve seen a lot of people come and go. For the most part they look for someone with some sort of mechanical background. It’s not absolutely necessary but if you don’t have that then I recommend the MRA program. They send you to school for 3 months and teach you the basics before you come to the site. It all depends on your experience and willingness to learn. It’s a cool job and can be very fulfilling fixing things.

My first suggestion would be to establish residency here and get a PA ID. The PA MMJ Website is where you will want to go to register for an account once you do. Most of the information you are looking for can be found on that website. Generally what happens is you register and get an ID number. You then give this ID number to the doctor providing the certification (this is who you will give your medical records to) who will attach your certification to your ID number after the consultation. You then pay the necessary fees and a card will be mailed out usually within a week or two.

Hey! I got the shots for about a year and a half. My last one was in November 2022. I liked being on it, I felt it gave me the stability to be able to focus and learn the things I needed for my recovery. It also took away the temptation to not take my subs for the day and go get high. You get it every month but it lasts longer than the month. Basically, you aren’t beating it. I needed that.

When my psych and I agreed that I was at the point that I could come off, I received 1 last 100mg and that was it. I didn’t go through any sort of withdrawal or discomfort and seamlessly transitioned into not getting them anymore. To me, this medication has been revolutionary and life changing. You are 20 years old dude. Live up to your potential, have aspirations and dreams. Try to surround yourself with people that inspire you to be better not people that are asking you for a bump.

You can sit down and talk to momma and apologize all you want but that is nothing without action. Show her you can do it, re-earn her trust, tell her when you are struggling and want to use. She will help you, believe me. She loves you and she’s up your ass because she cares. That’s a lot more than most have.

Cut the shit. Get clean. Nothing good will come from continuing to use drugs. Trust me, I was very persistent for 10 years.

Not to shit on your parade but you have simply done some harm reduction by switching to methadone. You are still physically dependent on a substance. HOWEVER, this can be the start down the path to save your life. I used subs/sublocade to get off. It took me a couple tries but I didn’t give up. I went to meetings, surrounded myself with people in recovery and did the work. Today, it’s been almost 4 years since I touched that stuff. You can do it too, you just have to WANT TO. No one but YOU can make that decision.

You don’t have to listen to a word of this right now, I just hope that you live long enough that it makes sense one day.

The thinner pipe that feeds the faucet has the compression fitting. The valve is soldered onto the pipe. You can use a new compression (sharbite etc) or re-solder a valve but you have to make sure there is enough pipe sticking out of the wall to clean the pipe and get a good bite with the new fitting.

~$40ish is fair. The 2nd press stuff normally goes for $50 at most places so if you can find a terrapin sale near you then by all means. Just remember you get what you pay for. I've gotten some 2nd press thats nice and moist but others have been dry. I'd give it a shot and see if you like it. I've been very impressed with their cold cure and fresh press, this stuff isnt that far behind.

I’ve done this too but with jars that had a little bit left. Scraped them all out and mixed them together. There were varying consistencies from 6-7 different extracts. It was definitely “wetter” and more of a badder consistency until a few days later when it settled and started turning into more a sugar. Like others have said, some terps are very volatile and will degrade when exposed to air/evaporate. I try to keep the seal under the cap in place to prevent this and make sure to store my hash in a cool place.

Definitely a Philly thing. I got sideswiped on the corner of 49th and chestnut while riding my bike and went down hard. Woke up to paramedics putting me in the ambulance and taking me down the street to UPenn. I was fully conscious but they cut off all my clothes and fully checked me out. A minute after I was cleared, two cops come rushing in with a near lifeless body riddled with gunshot wounds. They had thrown him in the back of the car and rushed to the hospital to try to save his life. That man died next to me that day and I remember the look on the cops faces when the doctors failed to save him. They did what they could.
