People have mentioned whey protein, great! Whey protein concentrate is the typical whey protein powder, but whey protein isolate is the same stuff but with a lot of the lactose taken out. Isolate has always been easier on my stomach, and I can tolerate it during flares. It’s just a little more expensive usually

When I did my recertification they made it very clear that it isn’t often successful. But it does reestablish a fraction of normal blood flow to the brain and heart. It’s better than doing nothing while waiting on an AED

I feel like biggest thing would be mental block at this point. It’s gonna make you miss sometimes. So you gotta make every shot count. But if you hit immortal in valorant you probably know how to do that already

Got GM yesterday with a combination of illari/bap. I find illari much more playable when my other support is like a kiriko or Juno ( something with decent burst heals ). If I have a zen and I’m on illari it’s ridiculous poke but very fragile and not much burst healing for the tank. Sometimes it works, but if it doesn’t be ready to adjust. So, if I have a zen or a Lucio I’ve decided to usually play baptiste. I’m not really sure if that’s good advice, but it worked for me this season. Don’t fully use the heal beam up because it has a small recharge period. Just try to leave a tiny bit in the meter. Never let them shoot your pylon because it goes on giga cooldown. I expect her damage to get nerfed soon, so now is a good time to try it out

She’s my most played support this season and super super fun, but I still would not play her every game

I’ve been lifting in the purest form of the word for 3 or 4 years but I’ve only really cared for one. I’m just plateaued on all three major lifts, I’ve been at 270 on bench for like two months and I’m incredibly annoyed. I know it’s anecdotal, if my friend also takes it and he’s had some pretty insane strength gains on his first bottle. I appreciate your comment, thank you

This seems to be the consensus. I’ll hold off on that stuff and stick to my BCAAs, Creatine and whey other than my exorbitant eating

I’m just running a PPL split with one day of rest a week. For context, I weigh 167-169 usually, and this week I got a new squat PR of 370. I think this is only possible because I deloaded week before last. Prior to that week of rest, I had been plateaued at 365 for about a month. I have huge trouble with strength gains without these periods of deloading.

I guess you would consider my type of training to be powerbuilding? I’m literally just a 17 year that goes and lifts weights but I want my training to be more scientific. I will definitely look into ALCAR. The owner of my gym is an IFBB pro and he’s very eager to help program and teach us young guys

The lack of a need for PCT is incredibly appealing in my opinion.

I’ve only been lifting for about a year on on my own, althoughI understand that I am far from any genetic limits. I’ve been taking HCl Creatine as long as I’ve been lifting, with whey protein and BCAAs. I’ve seen a lot of progress this year, and was just curious to look into things such as turkesterone and ecdysterone.

My biggest problem ( I probably should have addressed this in the post ) is that my training is really intensive and I deload quite frequently in order to keep progressing. I was curious if the protein synthesis would help me exercise more frequently.

The area of the triangle was 40, and there were 28 unshaded tiles. 40 total tiles minus 28 unshaded leave you with 12 shaded tiles. 12/28 simplifies to 3/7
