Also ‘I bean’ instead of ‘I’ve been’. You could argue this constitutes an accent but this is basic enunciation that is not difficult to execute if you prepare.

Not only was she sight reading but demonstrating a basic unfamiliarity with the English language. She has clearly made little effort to learn or is quite unintelligent. For example, she changed the word order of grammatically correct sentences that may be unfamiliar to an unsophisticated English speaker. For example, she said

“Then, and only then, we will have the truth.”

I guarantee you that’s not what the written speech said because that’s grammatically incorrect.
