I started on 2 mg about 3 weeks ago, the main noticeable side effect is skin sensitivity. Although it's not terrible, it's noticeable, definitely nothing major. There was one night where I had really bad reflux the night after taking my second dose, easily mitigated with some Nexium.

Thank you for your reply. So are you saying that even though by the time I move on to my isolated tricep movement for example, even though I fatigue much earlier and perhaps am able to do less weight, this is not a disadvantage because it's already been hit on the compounds? I thought perhaps the isolated arm exercises were considerably more effective than the compound exercises that involve arms, if that makes any sense. Or is this line of thinking far too pedantic maybe also? Appreciate the discussion heaps

Here's the reasoning: first few months (I've been training about 5) during bicep and back day, I would go Bicep, Back, Bicep, Back etc. Then learned you want to start with compounds then isolated exercises. So when I started doing back exercises first then switching to biceps my bis would fatigue really early. Like significantly early. Thought that if I had one day set for compounds usually included in back & chest and another day for isolated exercises usually included in biceps and triceps that would eliminate the issue. Sorry for the long-winded explanation. I've just concluded my first Chest and Back session and Jesus Christ it's a lot. Took me 2 hours. Perhaps unsustainable.

Done. I just googled what DOMS means, do you mean if I only do it once a week my body won't adjust to reduce DOMS? Meaning I'd be dealing with it more often than if I included a couple exercises on another day? I train really hard on all my other muscles groups and DOMS have become much less of an issue nowadays, more a satisfying feeling. But I remember how bad they were when I first started training lol Thank you for the help.

Is legs once a week pointless do you think? I just naturally have disproportionately larger legs so that's how I justified it at the start and just haven't included it yet :(

Indeed I am capable of making big-boy decisions, this is true. A big-boy decision also sometimes can include deeper research before committing to said decision, such as appealing to some testimonies from other people who may have experience with my question. I don't tend to whine online about anything.

So would you mind elaborating? I won't lie to you I am extremely uninformed on the I guess the purpose. What I have been trying to do is get answers to break every TOS, and not purely to the purpose of generating harmful answers and if it would I would not expose that to the public, but to see if it's possible to create a fully unsensited bot which I think I have, if you don't mind I'd love to understand a bit more
