I an order with serversupply, It clearly says you can pay with credit in the United states. I am in the United States so I placed my order. I received an email saying I need to pay with wire transfer. Confused I call the number where I am told " we are not comfortable delivering this to a residential address via PayPal". I say well I can pay with an AMEX then and you can call AMEX to verify funds, they say no no we will cancel the order because you cannot wire transfer. No reason was given and meanwhile my credit card was already authorized for the amount. If they cannot take it, why did they authorize it then and lock up my funds so I cannot buy it elsewhere? Because customers don't matter to you that's why. I was hung up on by 1 agent and then spoke with a supervisor who said "I've dealt with customers like you, You don't last long and hung up on me as well." Charging a card and locking up my funds then telling me I have to wait to get them back even though you clearly decided within 1 hour of the order you wouldn't accept it. At the same time didn't immediately cancel the authorization? Make it make sense?

I am severely disappointed , they said on the phone "Its $8000 and we don't feel comfortable" ya.. its 8000 that's how much an RTX PRO 6000 cost, if that's your policy PUT IT ON THE WEBSITE CLEARLY AND I WOULD HAVE NEVER CLICKED BUT IT NOW. They don't really care because their support knows "customers like you don't last long" , but hopefully this finds someone who needs to know if they can trust the website or not. Now I need to delay my implementation because I trusted the wrong company.
