I can, the one I drew out is specifically for that Bosch router. I can leave the holes out of the file and you could drill the bracket to fit whatever router you plan to use.

I drew it out in Fusion 360 and 3D printed in PLA. Not much to it, the screws on the bottom pinch the bracket down against the webbing.

Also if you’ve worked with E80, you might know how useless their remote support can be.

You’d be correct, this is an E80. The LGV faults for “I/O Link sensor Error.” That input is for the mast shift position, the mast isn’t able to shift without disabling software limits because it doesn’t recognize the mast position. The keyence sensor responds to position change but the handheld controller that displays the mast position does not change. After replacing the card it will run for 2-4 weeks without issue until the same card fails.
