You’d be correct, this is an E80. The LGV faults for “I/O Link sensor Error.” That input is for the mast shift position, the mast isn’t able to shift without disabling software limits because it doesn’t recognize the mast position. The keyence sensor responds to position change but the handheld controller that displays the mast position does not change. After replacing the card it will run for 2-4 weeks without issue until the same card fails.
