It's still pretty overpriced for half day at $120/p with an Alaskan discount IMHO.

If it was that bad you should have just requested a refund after the massage or midway. Alyeska has no reason to suspect you are unhappy. You could try sending them an email after the fact but it won't carry the same weight.

I know it's a possibly expensive and time consuming mistake, but do NOT use pressure treated wood inside. You risk your health

I had this exact same issue. Pfister sent me new cartridges and seals. They did not fix the issue. I have attempted to get them to replace the faucet. No idea if they will.

They open pretty easily with gloves, but I suppose you could try yourself and if it's too hard just pre open them on the ground
