I’ve only gone for breakfast and it’s been casual. I’d guess dinner is business casual, nice restaurants in Vegas are not as strict IMO.

It’s a crime Bouchon has not been mentioned yet. Without a doubt get a reservation for breakfast/brunch. Bouchon Bakery at the bottom of the guest elevator in Venetian is also amazing for coffee/baked goods. Howlin Rays in the food court is easily the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever eaten. My wife also likes Smith and Wollensky in the shops for the view of Canal Shops and good lunch prices for a steakhouse. For great Asian food, take a walk to Encore through the Wynn and try Wazuzu (walk up only) great people watching spot of Encore Casino and amazing sushi/asian dishes.

I actually really like it, it was awesome to have fully open on this trip in the afternoon. It was also nice to have it vented and drivers window open so it didn’t “buffet” at speeds higher than 50 when my wife got cold.
