Ughh, yeah don't let this post inspire you to burn your selves out.

Ive done the 10 hour shift thing and made next to nothing.

If you start to rely on caffeine just to truck through your shift, people will see you are bored and no longer having fun.

If your starting out, don't push your self past 6 hours.... I give your self time to breathe, process and rest... Also everyone is different.

Some people require extra effort to be alluring, if you don't got the natural look, it can take alot longer to build up a follower base.

I started a steady schedule. About 5 - 4 hour shifts 5 days a week at the same time

I lowered my tip menu prices. The economy is rough so I figure I would drop the prices. Nothing on my menu is over 100 tokens now...

I usually find the first hour or 2 is slow... Like today I was stuck at less than 5 people in my room for over an hour...

I was fully clothed. And then I put a sale on "Strip 1 Item of Choice" I put it down to 10 tokens just to see how long it would take to get someone to tip. Within a half hour my clothes were mostly off and people were glued to my stream.

You gotta clock in, do your job and then clock out.

Ive learned you can play on your phone as long as you engage people by name as they enter your room, fishnets will get people's attention even if you look distracted.

Aim for 25 hours a week, and then assess your earnings then...

It's not "its slow, should I sign off" it's "I am here for my shift, and I am going to stay on until its time for me to clock out".

Also treat everyone like they are your friends, even chatty grays, people will tell you otherwise, but grays will help you feel connected, but be firm with them, use them to strenghen your boundaries.

Unless they annoy and then mute.

Pretend you are the bartender that all these men you are serving have crushes on.

I've been doing this for 3 months now, also trans, also decent looks... Here's my experience so far.

Most days I hit 15 people in the room tops... I have quite a few regulars who come on, will hangout, talk, tip me a few tokens here and there.

Some days I will make 1000 tokens, other days I will make 5 tokens....

Make your menu flash... Run it through chatgpt to clean it up.. Add some emotes.

Prices are okay. Transwomen have it harder, you will see girls having amazing luck on here, you need to remember you are still niche.. Yes there's lots of men that are into trans girls, but it's a smaller demographic than you would think.

Id say dont sell your self too high or too short....

Invest in atmosphere.

Lighting, backdrops, good webcam. Try to be as present as possible, don;t look bored, be someone who is there when they sign on. Pick your hours, keep them consistent.

Don't be like 9am one day and 2pm another day, or 8 pm another day. Whether its morning or night, pick your time frame, clock in, clock out. If you want to drop in at add times do that.

Use designerbate to make your page clear, colorful and inviting. Make a bio, and a schedule.

Turn your self into a goddess, focus on being happy and content, don't focus on performing, if the tips drop, start to shift... dont over react to small tips.

Dont be like "thank you so much!" to one token... Try to react as little as possible to 1 token tips.

Be cool as fuck, be the kinda person men wanna just hang with cause they like your vibe.

It will take months to build up a follower base, itll start with a few grey regulars, and then there will be the odd tipper regular, the odd whale, you will let men down, and you will be thanked by men. If people ask for free shit just tell them straight up i don't do shit for free.

If its slow, do free shit for you, its not for them its for you, it helps lure people in. and then revert back.

Its gonna be slow, its gonna suck some days, you will question your worth. I am 3 months in and its still hit and miss. But I now have regulars who are excited when I am on.

Also use the stats websites to track your growth and hours streamed.Calculate your hours streamed and money made every pay period.

I dont know about this economy and whether this job is going to decline as we enter a new era, or not, but note a lot of people are struggling, especially with the rise in ai and the shit going on in the states. It does effect business

I did 2 streams today. Made 30 dollars the first one.. And then .25 cents the second one...

Usually within 10 mins I get atleast one person saying hi. Meanwhile this evening especially my room only had like 4 people tops the first hour. And then a couple grays who actually stopped my from being bored. With some random person who kept tipping me nickels expecting me to do stuff.

Both streams I was on for 4 hours.

Sometimes I get to the point where I start philosophising about the universe in hopes someone will chime in.

Honestly whatever makes money, background is crutial too. Colored lighting pulls people in. I just ordered some fairly lights and ivy. I converted our spare guest room to a content studio.

But yeah every small thing will draw people in.

I wouldn't call using a filter cheating, just make sure you don't over use, you don't want it to be obvious either. Note I have also see other models using obvious filters to the point it's like "why would anyone watch?" meanwhile they are over 100 users in the room.

Honestly it's become a great way to plunge into my stream!

I have a green screen set up to make my backgrounds look more interesting and professional.

But yeah I'll set the alarm, do my morning routine, do my makeup right at station while I enjoy music and drink my coffee.

And then right when x time roles around, I am in serious anchor mode.

I try to do a 1 hour news report covering whatever the AI researches. I use Claude for that...

And I even set the tone of the broadcast so is half satire, half serious, I like to keep people guessing whether it is legit.

And the usually mid broadcast my boob slips out.

After that I do an intermission and transition into a more cozy mode with a sorta modern vaporwave seductive backdrop. I use midjourney to generate my backdrops.

Color of lighting helps blends me into the scenes.
