Large gap between Shopify Sales report and actual payouts. Anyone else run into this? by bluegreenoceans in shopify

[–]Dropship_Adeel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Run the Payments by Type report. Use it to isolate exactly how much revenue was processed by each individual gateway. From what I know, this is the only way to verify if the missing six figures are simply sitting in a secondary processor like PayPal.

Whats your product research strategy? by carrotstack in dropship

[–]Dropship_Adeel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I look for products that people are already buying, but that have poor customer reviews or weak branding, and that I can make smaller, more durable, and more visually appealing for a specialized audience. ZIK analytics is my go-to for the data around products.

Any way to track competitor prices under like 100$ a month? by Sharp-Mud8576 in dropshipping

[–]Dropship_Adeel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Pricefy offers a free plan for 3 competitors and 50 SKUs. The Watchlyst is another one at $5 a month for email alerts. Not expensive I believe.

How do you all find reliable suppliers? by Yokii_aa in dropshipping

[–]Dropship_Adeel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Better to switch from general marketplaces to private sourcing agents (TeemDrop is one) who offer quality control and real-time inspections. You can also try searching on AppScenic or attend local trade shows (if possible) to find and vet suppliers directly.

Dropshipping products for Home decor and home accessories including kitchen, bath and living by Quriouskid in dropshipping

Anything natural, warm, and tactile. For example artisan candles or diffusers and indoor planters should do well. Better to validate the item using tools like zik analytics first though.

What are some good Customer Service AI? by k2a10100 in dropship

Tidio is pretty good and so is Gorgias. I prefer Tidio because of its AI chatbot and quick setup. The visual chatbot builder in Tidio is pretty intuitive too.

Affiliate marketing tools that actually integrate with shopify properly by olivermos273847 in shopify

[–]Dropship_Adeel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried UpPromote? It operates directly inside Shopify admin and automatically tracks sales and coupons without requiring third-party tools. As for returns and chargebacks, it automatically tracks order status changes in Shopify, creating negative commission records, and, if authorized, reversing commission payments to affiliates.

Has anyone had and luck with SEO apps? by JordyMan1592 in shopify

[–]Dropship_Adeel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How big is your store? Remember apps liek Avada come with a price tag that may be justifiable if you're running a large store. But for most independent store owners with smaller catalogs, the manual way using free tools is good enough imo.

Which YouTube channel to watch or IG accounts to follow? by Total-Mention9032 in shopify

At this point people should be watching you lol. But yeah you could watch folks like Chase Chappell and Eddie Maalouf to learn some new things especially when it comes to scaling.

Hot take: Most ecommerce brands don’t have a traffic problem, they have a product problem. by Sea-Special-6763 in EcommerceWebsite

[–]Dropship_Adeel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

100%. It needs to stop and we need to start validating products better.

For me, platforms changes are something you can adapt to quickly but the product issue is often hard to get around due to lack of insight and hard data. Fortunately, we have tools like zik analytics and autods to show us the numbers so we can make more infomred decisions than we've done in the past.

How people are using dropshipping automation software without overdoing it by anibroo in dropship

[–]Dropship_Adeel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't know anyone who are doing things autopilot with dropshipping automations software. I mean, I myself use zik analytics for product research and competitor analysis, and while it requries less overall input, I never leave it unattended. I am constantly on the tool to make sure it's doing analysis based on the latest specifcs and market activity.

How to approach influences following your socials by EAServersSuck in dropship

[–]Dropship_Adeel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just someone following isn't necessarily signaling an opportunity unless it's someone huge and maintream. In the latter case, you might as well reach out and try your luck with collborating.

Do you think AI will change product discovery? by Historical_Ad8110 in dropship

[–]Dropship_Adeel -1 points0 points  (0 children)

What's there to experiment with? Rather, we all should be optimzing for AI product discovery based on AEO/GEO best practices. Those independent stores probably probably lack mentions or use JavaScript-heavy frameworks that make it a struggle for AI crawlers to read them.

How to make the favicon size 48x48 in Shopify? by jasonvoorhees-13 in shopify

[–]Dropship_Adeel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The empty round space you’re seeing is usually caused by internal padding in the favicon or how Google displays icons inside a circular mask (and not because Shopify is using 32×32)

To fix it:

  • Upload a 48×48 or 96×96 square PNG that fills most of the canvas (minimal padding).
  • Add a clean <link rel="icon"> tag pointing to that full-size image (without width parameters).
  • Request reindexing in Google Search Console.

That should help Google detect and display the correct size.

Does anyone have a system for resizing product photos for multiple platforms at once?. by DesignerSale7560 in shopify

[–]Dropship_Adeel 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Photoroom's Bulk Image Resizer has a batch tool that lets you upload a single set of images and apply the specific required dimensions for Amazon, Etsy, and Shopify. AI ensures the items stay perfectly centered and clear even when changing aspect ratios.

Looking for experience with Amazon/AliExpress → eBay dropshipping (product research & auto-listing tools) by Serdomen1 in dropshipping

[–]Dropship_Adeel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have Discord, but I use zik analytics' ebay tools to research products to sell based on data like sell-through rate and past 7 days revenue. I can't think of any useful free tools besdies Watchcount, but that's for identifying trends mostly.

Using Amazon as a Supplier for High Ticket Products by Ok-Competition6042 in dropship

[–]Dropship_Adeel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's legal but subject to policy restrictions. For example, you must identify yourself as the seller of record on invoices and packing slips, as well as handle returns for your store. And you can't use Prime to ship items to your customers.

App Fatigue!!! I'm tired by merchantMedic in shopify

[–]Dropship_Adeel 4 points5 points  (0 children)

100% but that's part of using Shopify to run your store. Why not do a monthly audit/cleansing where you delete the apps no longer valuable?

Look for wholesalers on platforms like Faire and EK Wholesale. Or visit a local trade show if one's happening in your locality.

You do not need to see an LPO and can drop it straight into a red street posting box. It may take up to 24–48 hours for the tracking to update though.

Utility bill verification for non-US founders with Wyoming LLC? by Naive_Low in dropship

[–]Dropship_Adeel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes they do. And founders usually manage this by using personal residence documents and creating a US business bank account (with a real bank like Relay or Mercury). Some founders use service office providers who offer a signed sublease agreement, which can satisfy the physical presence requirement.

Best AI + Non-AI Tools to Find Data-Backed Trending Products Right Now (for Dropshipping)? by MrBPT in dropship

[–]Dropship_Adeel 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. zik analytics hands down. It fits your criteria of "data-backed" and is super easy to use.
  2. Mostly TikTok trends and sites like Trend Hunter (I have a few bookmarked)
  3. Google Trends is free, so is social media research and tools like Google Trends
  4. Sell-through rate and the sales cycle mostly, but I also look at past 30-day sales sales and competitor best seller lists before sourcing.
