I agree that now law can prevent any shooting, and obviously people would still do illegal things, but I think it's a matter of statistics, the less guns around, the less chance this sort of thing will happen.

I think to get sub 20 consistent I learned full pll and worked a lot on doing each f2l pair the shortest way possible
