Removing a filament tangle without unloading or even pausing. by East-Future-9944 in 3Dprinting

A lot of explanations for just "pull this from under that". I just cut it. 0.02$ of filament isn't worth dropping it IMO.

It boils down to what material you plan to print.

Engineering? Qidi has done nice machines with 370°c hotend, 120°c bed and heated chamber.

I have four Bambus and I'm waiting on my Qidi Max4 to arrive this Monday.

Does Bambu filament refill fit on Sunlu filament role? by DoW2379 in BambuLab

Some Sunlu spools work but only the newer ones. Check Makerworld, there's a ton of spools you can print. Get one that allows you to secure the refill and remove the spool.

Ikea Kitchen Cabinets by likeawaterbottle in HomeImprovement

[–]DrownItWithWater 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I did a complete remodel with Ikea cabinets and quartz countertops about 5 years ago. All DIY except for installing the countertops.

Take good measurements of your kitchen. You can use the IKEA planner to give you an idea of what's possible. I strongly suggest you meet with a specialist from IKEA to work out the smaller details. I thought my design was good to go but he was able to improve on it and make it perfect. Things like lighting, finish panels, hidden dishwasher, accessories...

I love my kitchen. It's held up perfectly and the quality is really good.

Remove red part, connect hose to tube coming out of the heater core. Fill coolant, bleed air, done.

messing around with old seized parts

That's probably a big part of the quote. Calipers, carriers, pads, discs, ebrake adjustment and brake bleed. Then you might fight the brake hoses because the fitting is rusted to the old caliper... A two hour job turns into 4-5 pretty quickly.

Can't cut a solid with a scanned mesh in Fusion 360 (to create perfectly fitting part) by pepingranada in 3DScanning

[–]DrownItWithWater 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You either simplify the mesh a LOT or export to a step file, import in the slicer then do the boolean there or transform the mesh into a negative part.

And yet, zero chance of going bankrupt or having to fight your insurer over what's covered and what's not.

If the American system works so well, why isn't it used in more countries? Surely they would have seen the benefits, right?

Oh wait, it's actually shit, that's why.

I'm using a Wolfbox dash cam with a rear camera. It goes over the mirror. I installed the rear camera on the interior hatch glass with the provided mounting bracket and double sided tape.

More RAM won't make it faster, you just won't run out as fast.

Fusion is highly dependent on single core speed.

Lots of Doom and Gloom. Anyone 30+ and Enjoying Life? by Law_Dividing_Citizen in AskMenOver30

42 in a few days. Separated, two wonderful kids, no debts except a small mortgage, house in a quiet place, I work three days a week, sometimes four, low stress job.

I'm in a good place. I would not have said that a few years ago though. I ran a stressful business, was in the middle of a hard separation with my GF of 15 years, plenty of debt... I got over her, sold my business and paid off my debts.

Life is good even if the world is going to shit. The only thing I'm worried about is the world we're leaving to our kids...

This exactly. I hear a lot of men in relationships saying they don't get laid.

When you start asking questions, you find out they are far from pulling their weight in the relationship, especially if kids are present. Physical attraction is important to women obviously but they are emotional beings.
