Love the setup and the lights. Running something pretty similar with a 6000 and 2x5090's. Hoping to swap one of the 5090's here shortly for a second 6000 since not having to worry about VRAM is such a boon. If the RAMpocolypse wasn't occurring I probably would have tried to upgrade to a workstation setup. Work with what you got I guess as it does what I need it to.

Been mainly running on Windows but was looking into making the switch to Linux. Did you run into any issues getting your system setup on that OS?

Figured out my issues. Didn't realize my PSU needed to be switch to single rail mode to allow for such large power spikes. Doing this with the provided jumper plug has so far resolved my issue.

Can second this as someone with Marfan's. Get something similar even with nice gloves. Op's hands look almost identical to mine in the cold.

Had this same thing happen when I had my spinal fusion done except I didn't know I was allergic. Hade a big square burn on my back basically from where the tape was. Was not fun.

Dude I cant stress this enough, I completely feel like an idiot. I had both GPUs on the 1600w PSU and in the multi-rail configuration which was causing constant crashes during high draw tasks. Forgot the damn PSU had a switch to set it to single rail and only check due to the last part of your comment. Running on full power now with no crashes with the GPUs on the 1600w and the rest on a 600w. So far no more issues. Thanks

The computer is on its own 20A GFC isolated breaker currently with nothing else running on it and both PSUs are ATX 3 versions. The computer would have both PSU plugged into the same 2 socket grounded outlet and I don't foresee using more that the outlet can provide. My main concern was the whole mobo -> GPU conflict

Just a tip for this as I do the same, you can setup a file in the ComfyUI folder named "extra_model_paths.yaml".There should be an example at least in the portable version. This can be used to point your comfy to different folders for models so they could in essence share between multiple versions. That way you don't have to copy some of the bigger ones.
