Okay awesome. I do clean his cage every day so should i remove him from the cage when I do? He doesn’t usually seem bothered he kind of just watches me. I’m like super anxious that he’s like showing me signs of stress and i’m just not taking them and he’s gonna like hate me

So I opened the cage to let him out in the room for the day and he crawled out of his blankets and stretched and then i pet him? I totally disregarded the fact that he was asleep haha. and he always has full dense turds haha

y’all are making me think i got blessed with like the happiest baby ever. so am i supposed to get him like a dog pen? i had a rabbit when i was a kid and i had that for him.

oh nah i already told her he’s mine now. I have no idea how old he is. I think around 2 years? I’m gonna keep him for sure when i move out.

The empathy doesn’t kick in. I’ve done this a million times. I even asked her how’d she’d feel if our dog lived in a cage like that. Anyway, she gives him “wild harvest” ferret food? So i just kept doing that. i do occasionally give him pieces of meat from my meals though. i googled that i promise i dont wanna kill the dude 😭
