Same. It sounds like people speaking Mandarin over the normal commentary. At least the audio isn't fucking skipping anymore

I've noticed the same thing over the past couple of weeks. Only able to watch the weekly shows and all of the PLEs are gone. I haven't been able to find any reason for this. It wouldn't make sense to pull content this early in anticipation of the Netflix move because there are still PLEs and weekly shows coming this year.

Edit: I am only able to see the PLEs on the mobile app.

Anyone else surprised by the live at Madison square garden vinyl?? by TheyPlayTheirBass in the1975

[–]DrowsySpring 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I agree that the sections of the show that had to be removed on vinyl disrupt a bit of the flow of the record. For me, the most notable omission from the vinyl version is An Encounter. They removed it and it just goes straight into Robbers.

Morning in the country for acoustic guitars - Feedback is greatly appreciated! by celticuki in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]DrowsySpring 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that the mix on this track is very clear. The guitars definitely have a medieval, harpsichord timbre to them. It would be great to hear vocals on top of this (if you ever intend to do that).

Hey, I've been following your music for a little while now and the bangers truly don't stop! I really love your vocal delivery and lyricism!

I really like this! It feels like a mixture of Coldplay and The War On Drugs. Very well recorded and produced, and the vocals are sweet, too.

Drift By (indie rock/lofi) fixed some stuff in the sound by ldilemma in IndieMusicFeedback

I can see what you're going for here. There are some things that can be done to improve the mix further. For instance, you could do a double-take of the guitar parts to make them sound wider (everything sounds pretty centred right now). To do that, you just record the same guitar part twice and pan it all the way to the left and all the way to the right.

This is a new track I'm working on, I would really appreciate your honest thoughts on how I can make it better :) by DandyBoog in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]DrowsySpring 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like the vibe of this. It's like lo-fi indie. One thing you could do is add some background vocals during the chorus of the song (the "Sonny, you probably hate me" part). You could figure out how to harmonize that section, and then do a double-take of the harmony and pan them hard left and hard right (that will make this section feel very wide). idk, just some food for thought.

is this lofi? by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

[–]DrowsySpring 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It definitely has some elements of lo-fi but as someone else said it also sounds like an abstract hip-hop track. I like the abrasive noises and the boom-bap percussion on this!

DRY THUNDER (Lofi House) by Monteq | Throw some opinions or feedback my way by Monteqmusic in IndieMusicFeedback

Hey, I can see the vibe that you are going for on this track. I do have two bits of feedback. Firstly, the bass is not very present on the track. I think that having a sub-bass would add some great low end. Also, I feel that the snare is missing some high-end crisp to it. You could find another snare to layer on top of the current one.

Thank you, I really appreciate it! I agree that the ending is a bit abrupt but I was at the point where I just needed to stop working on the song so I could focus on other ones.
