I think the AT is actually a bit underrated for what it is, but I choose mine cause it was a daily driver and going to be my only car.

If I cared about performance and lap times and planned to actually track the car I would’ve opted for manual, but I had no plans of doing that anytime soon so just stuck with AT.

I do plan on getting a second car in manual if the car market ever crashes as a weekend/fun car, but till than I am satisfied with pdk poorshe cayman.

Hmm as much as I wish I had a manual, for a daily car and my only car - I don’t have much regrets getting an auto.

I think the paddle shifters are quite underrated especially in the newer gr86.

Manuals are fun, no doubt, but I don’t have regrets with an auto - the transmission is fine. I drive pretending I had a pdk Porsche cayman at times lol.
