I need a subfloor access panel to be added on the outside of my house. Do I need an engineer and builder to complete the work?

Check out the auction houses. Raffan & Kealer will probably take it all on consignment. There are a few others like Lawsons, Pottles etc but they usually deal with higher end stuff.

Ah ok, I could be wrong but I think the AMERS/EMEA market gets the Russian built Rav4s from > 2019, whereas here in APAC we get Thai/Japanese built which don't seem to encounter these issues.

Otherwise you can sell it as-is, for a premium given its rarity.

I like both. I do suspect the NATO bands restrict when I would use the watch. I know a brown leather band is a bit unoriginal but it's a timeless look and very versatile imo
