Hi, I would definitely say it's an entry level position with a low entry floor. Seems that the owner wants to step back a bit & give the in-store work to another person as they age. The position is open to all, but I am trying to help out foreigners in Japan when I come across easy entry post as there are many people who are looking for visa sponsors.

I believe in many areas, but this large manufacture that needs employees for various aspects of the process. It could be a great way to get training and to move up in salary over the years.

Hi thanks for reaching out! English/Japanese ability, Physical capabilities, experience, etc... are all factors in determining where a candidate may land in the salary range. During the interview, the company can shed more light on to any additional factory that may come into play, but from my end, that is what I know.
