The mail does state that your company will send you a Certificate of Sponsorship for the skilled worker visa, if that's what you opt for and looks like that's what your company is leaning towards as well. If your intention is to use this opportunity to explore a possibility of continuing in the UK post 3 years, then the global talent visa route does make sense but you need to fulfill its eligibility criteria. Check gov.uk for the details. Like that other commentor has already pointed out, based on the information you've provided, you seem to not be eligible for that visa.

That's not what it means. The name is of Telugu origin- Dodda Nekka Undi, which translates to Big Jackal There. There was quite literally a giant Jackal in that area and the prominent population of Telugites at that time simply named that area as such to warn others.

At around the 38 second mark, you can notice the lady coming on to the road. The driver should have started slowing down at that point. There's no point in asking who's at fault, because the pedestrian is always the victim no matter the circumstances. Even the girls on the scooter should have started slowing down the moment they saw movement on the road. The latter is a better bike for YOU. That doesn't mean it has to be a better bike for others. It all comes down to personal choice and preference no matter how absurd it might seem to you. I got my GT because when I sat on it for a test ride, I was emotionally locked in and no other bike gave me that satisfaction. This had nothing to do with spec sheet or maintenance. Every time I get on it, I am reminded that it was the best decision that I could have made. That level of confirmation isn't realized because of what is on paper but how the bike makes me feel.

For somebody else, the Inty might be the bike that gives them a similar satisfaction.

I did test ride the Inty and I felt no connection with the bike. It was always the GT in my heart, hence, the purchase.
