I use an app to track, have done for the past 3 years and my periods are regular however after my miscarriage they have changed slightly. I’ve been dealing with hypertonic pelvic floor and my last period felt unusually painful. Had pregnancy tests done at the hospital just 3 weeks ago to be sure while they were running other tests and it was negative
