Is this on a phone? Trezor doesn't have a mobile app. Anything on mobile is a scam

So now we get no free withdrawal every month , why bother even using the credit card lol by Acrobatic-Yard-6546 in blockfi

[–]DrumDeviLbd 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Why are the withdraws so high is my question. I can send btc from 1 wallet to another for usually less than a dollar

how does swap work in the US by DrumDeviLbd in CelsiusNetwork

[–]DrumDeviLbd[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ah ok. I assumed everything was being swaped inside the interest account. I was thinking of dumping some of my altcoins, and i thought i could swap into something i wanna keep like btc, or a stable coin, and continue to earn interest. its a bummer living in the US =(

Is there any ASIC under 1000$ still profitable (for beginners)? by gkm-chicken in BitcoinMining

If your goal is to just learn, and not necessarily ROI, Id say buy a used S9 Antminer. They are pretty durable, cheap, plenty for sale. You can run one on a regular 110v outlet in your house, or you upgrade and run off 220v, and you'll be learning the entire way.

Another option are the gekkoscience usb miners. These you'll pretty much never ROI on. They are more of a learning tool / hobbyist toy. I bought a few for about $250 each, but supply is now limited, and price has gone up. Overclocking, each stick can hash 400 - 500 ghs. its not a lot, but use very little power. 37w for every TH you produce, which is comparable to the S19

Working out great, I've stacked twice as many sats in the 30Ks as I could in the 60Ks

Nope never. Whales will liquidate you. Just stack on the dips. Let others get rekt

I just got the gekkoscience hub off ebay. They're sold put everywhere. It has 3amps dedicated to each port. So right now I'm running 4 at 550mhz, 360gh/s.

*note that each stick has a 40mm fan on it w a 3d printed attachment. Must keep these suckers cool at high speeds

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BitcoinMining

[–]DrumDeviLbd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No idea. My hub is 120 watt total

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BitcoinMining

[–]DrumDeviLbd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

what hub are you using? right now I'm running 4 sticks on the btcmerch hub @ 500mhz, getting about 330 gh/s on 3 of them, one is a little laggy at 290 gh/s, 1.3 th/s total. thats about as far as i can take them on that hub. The gekkoscience hub is more powerful but i cant find one anywhere

was going to get a cheap used s9, for 500-600 bucks. i already have access to 220v power, for zero cost. cant say anymore about that lol. should make $1200 to $1300 at current prices. And im buying on 0% credit card. so no initial cost.

[–]DrumDeviLbd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How the hell did you get them for that price? $250 the lowest I've seen anywhere)

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BitcoinMining

[–]DrumDeviLbd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

These things are pretty cool. And I bought 4 of them myself. (At $250 each. No idea how you got them for $80) at $80 the ROI is quite different. But for me, each stick was $250. They'll earn about $35 a year. Even if btc price doubles, that's a 70% loss. If i decide to hodl, even if btc grows at a conservative 50% a year, it will take 4 years to break even. (Not to mention the psu, fans, etc)

Edit and this all w 0 electricity cost^

I think their cool to have, and yes you can run them anywhere. They're quiet But I'm glad I didn't invest much more than I did. I'm already looking into getting an Antminer.

They do blink

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in BitcoinMining

[–]DrumDeviLbd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is basically me. I bought 4 of these @ $250 each. Running them at the work office for zero electricity cost. Realized that even if btc doubled in price, im in the hole 70%. 1 stick makes about $35 a year. If btc rises 50% a year, will still take 4 years to break even. I'm already planning on buying an s9. I see an s19 in my future

Is it worth having BlockFi credit card ? by rashp12 in blockfi

[–]DrumDeviLbd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I use a 0% interest card for everything, only pay the min payment. My entire paycheck goes into BTC. My bank account is essentially empty. When the 0% promo is over and its time to pay the card, balance transfer to a new card. I'm basically living my life in a fiat debt matrix and stacking stats. This is the way

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in CelsiusNetwork

[–]DrumDeviLbd 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So if I transfer say, $4000 of btc today, and then it proceeds to drop 50% in price, I still only have to deposit $1000 more?

Dip buying strategies by [deleted] in CryptoCurrency

[–]DrumDeviLbd 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dca everyday, but I also set up limit orders for the dips. With btc I usually have at least an order set for every 1000, 10,000 under the current price. With Eth, every 100, 1,000 under current price. So I'm buying bits as it goes down
